Register and enter the contest by submitting a short essay (250 words or less) and a photograph showing your teeth (for example: see the before and after images above) for a chance to win a new smile from Florida Dental Implants & Oral Surgery!
Submitted essays and photographs will be viewed by a panel of judges who will select the top ten (10) finalists from among all eligible entries.
Two (2) grand prize winners will receive a free full mouth restoration using implant supported teeth and have the opportunity to appear in commercials for Florida Dental Implants & Oral Surgery.
